Customers post a listing with the collection and delivery details, transporters send quotes, and the customer chooses the option that best suits their needs.

Some bookings are handled as marketplace bookings, where you pay a booking deposit through ChooseYourVan and the remaining balance is paid directly to your chosen transporter according to the payment terms agreed with them.

For selected ChooseYourVan Direct Service bookings, the full transport price is paid securely to ChooseYourVan, and we arrange the transport through our approved network, partners or subcontracted couriers.
