How payments work: Depending on your approval status and the booking arrangement, the customer may either pay the full transport amount securely through ChooseYourVan or make an initial payment to confirm the booking.
Where the full transport amount is paid through ChooseYourVan, ChooseYourVan will release the transporter's agreed payment once the delivery has been successfully completed.
Where only an initial payment is made through ChooseYourVan, we'll share the relevant customer and job details once the booking is confirmed. The remaining transport balance must then be arranged and collected directly between you and the customer.
The amount you bid is the amount you will receive for completing the transport.
